1. Eligibility

By accessing the Services you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are not located in, or a national or resident of, any jurisdiction where access to or use of the Services would be prohibited or restricted by applicable law
• You are not subject to any trade sanctions, embargoes, or other restrictions imposed by any governmental authority
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these T&C

Cain Finance reserves the right to restrict access to any jurisdiction at any time and without notice.

2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
• Fraud, market manipulation, or deceptive practices
• Circumventing any technical restrictions or security measures
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers
• Introducing malicious code, exploits, or attacks
• Impersonating Cain Finance or its contributors

3. Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security and management of your wallet(s), private keys, seed phrases, and access credentials. Cain Finance:

• Does not have access to your private keys
• Cannot recover or restore lost wallet access
• Is not liable for unauthorized access to your wallet
• Is not responsible for any assets lost due to user error

4. Transaction Finality

All blockchain transactions executed through the Services are irreversible once submitted to the network. Cain Finance cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any submitted transaction. You accept full responsibility for verifying all transaction details before confirming.

5. Fees and Charges

Use of the Services may involve fees, including network gas fees, protocol fees, performance fees, and routing fees. All fee structures are subject to change at any time without notice. Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform or within the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before taking any action.

7. Interface Accuracy

Cain Finance makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, pricing, APY figures, or analytics displayed on the Platform. Market data may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable. You should not rely solely on Platform data for financial decisions.

8. Data and Privacy

By using the Services, you acknowledge that certain on-chain data associated with your wallet address is publicly visible on the blockchain. Cain Finance may collect limited off-chain usage data to improve the Platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. KYC and AML

Cain Finance reserves the right to implement know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money-laundering (AML), or other compliance checks at any time. Access to certain features may be restricted pending verification. Failure to complete required verification may result in suspension of access.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in any activity that could harm other users or the integrity of the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Cain Finance. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

12. Modifications to Services

Cain Finance may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice or liability. We reserve the right to add or remove features, change fee structures, or alter the interface at our sole discretion.

13. Contact and Notices

For queries, legal notices, or compliance matters, contact Cain Finance through official community channels listed on the Platform. Official communications from Cain Finance will only be made through verified channels. Be vigilant of impersonation attempts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These T&C, together with the Cain Finance Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure Statement, and any applicable product-specific terms (including Earn Terms and Borrow Terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and Cain Finance with respect to the Services.

16. Governing Law

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction selected by Cain Finance from time to time, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
